| A fee of up to 1.5% of the mortgage advance may be payable (the fee could be between a minimum of £0.00 and a maximum of £1,495) for mortgage advice and for the work involved in researching and sourcing the most suitable mortgage for you based on the information you provide. The precise amount will depend on your individual circumstances (typical example: for a £75,000 mortgage, a fee of up to £1,125 may be charged). We will also be paid commission from the lender and we may receive a referral fee from the solicitor. |
